1. Easy Returns & Exchanges
- You can return or exchange products within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
- Log in to your account and visit the “Orders” section.
- Select the item you wish to return/exchange and follow the simple steps.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a return pickup address or drop-off instructions.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
4. Exchanges
- If you’d like a different size or color, we’ll happily exchange your item, subject to availability.
- Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks, and accessories are non-returnable unless defective.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
